The fact that I will probably have a house full of teens and I have had a 50% failure rate so far, helped me choose this recipe. It is very simple, but my family LOVES bacon. I don't make it very often and one day I was frying up some bacon for blt's and my husband came home early. The look of pure love on his face was amazing. He said I was the perfect woman for having bacon frying when he got home from work. The effect on my daughter is almost the same.
