Today I made something totally from scratch! I had frozen, bone in chicken thighs in the freezer and put them in the crock pot. I then put in on 14 oz can of whole tomatoes, a half a jar of marinated artichoke hearts and all the juice, a wole onion peeled and quatered and four cloves of peeled garlic. I set that to cook on low for 9 hours and served it over jasmine rice. It was fantastic!!! I figured I would give my crock pot another chance after the Moo Shu Pork fiasco. So glad I did! It was an easy Sunday dinner that was absolutely satisfying!!
