The chicken was moist and most important, cooked all the way through! Woohoo, I have made a chicken that wasn't a recipe for food poison. I wasn't crazy about the seasonings. It wasn't bad, but nothing fantastic either. This morning I made chicken salad sandwiches with it and they were good. I added some mayo, mustard, bbq sauce (Baby Ray's), and a little celery for crunch. The sandwiches were very yummy.
I am getting a cold and since it is Mother's Day tomorrow, I have decided to go to bed and not cook anything tonight. Tomorrow I might put something together, but tonight it is a free for all dinner at our house.
