I totally violated a chicken!!! I found a recipe for Oven Barbecue Beer-Can Chicken http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/recipefinder.dyn?action=displayRecipe&recipe_id=1185386 and it is in the oven. Tate loves BBQ chicken and all of my attempts at BBQ chicken have failed so far. I am hoping this is the one!
