My recipe today was Marie-Claude's Orange Cake http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Marie-Claudes-Orange-Cake/Detail.aspx

This was an interesting cake. It was edible, but I think it has inspired me to try to tweak the recipe just a little. I will make it in a smaller pan next time and I will serve it with whipped cream. It caught my eye because it is made with oranges and we have a lot of oranges.
